Dear Senior 3s,

This week you will be needing your ruler, compass and protractor from last year for the coming lessons as we will be doing some scale drawings. As soon as you see this post, please put them in your pencil case 🙂

If you don’t have them, obviously tomorrow we do not have a lesson and probably we won’t be having our lessons on Tuesday due to the Multi-marathon Day….so you have some time to find/buy them.

**This is the Study List for the Maths Test on Friday 10th November**

**Topic 1: Angles in Parallel Lines**

- To be able to identify parallel lines & transversal
- To be able to find the value of missing angles in parallel lines
**Corresponding**Angles are Equal (F)**Alternate**Angles are Equal (Z or N)**Interior**Angles add up to 180 (U or C)

- Vertically Opposite Angles are Equal (X)
- Angles on a Straight Line add up to 180
- Angles around/at a point add up to 360
- Angles in a Triangle add up to 180
- Angles in a Quadrilateral add up to 360

Here is the revision worksheet to re-work (notice that when it was given, I marked the angles, I suggest you do this before you re-work as it will help identify the shapes better):Â Â Mark Angles before giving – Angles in Parallel Lines REV WS
